Session/Classes Policies:

1. Arrival before fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled session/class.
2. If the client is late the session/class cannot be extended, and will end at the appointed time.

1. (24 hours’) notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments.
   • Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the full session/class.
   • If you wish to cancel or postpone please contact us on +973 37922293 .
2. If your cancellation is due to illness-related, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, transfer your booking to another time.
3. All sessions/classes are Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable.

Guidelines:

1. Preservation and protection of the center’s property is highly important.
2. Adherence to code of conduct and ethics.
3. In case of loss or damage, the client will be held the full responsibility of covering the value of the damaged items.
4. The center is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.

1. Appropriate training clothes (equestrian clothing or similar).
2. The center provides helmets and safety wear, the client is at risk of falling or being injured during training sessions.
3. The client must wear helmet during the training session for safety measures.
4. A parent or guardian (women only) must accompany their children during the training session/class time (age group 11 years old and below).
5. Men are not allowed in the center.
6. Photography of clients is prohibited.
